Beyoncé 2048 is the classic merge puzzle with a tile for every era of her career. Slide the board with swipes or arrow keys, and when two equal tiles touch they join into her next record. Keep merging until Cowboy Carter appears. You can play free in your browser on a phone or computer, without downloading anything.

Beyoncé first found fame in Houston with Destiny’s Child, whose debut album came out in 1997. Her solo career began with Dangerously in Love in 2003, the album with “Crazy in Love”. Since then each record has tried something new, from the surprise visual album of 2013 to the dance music of Renaissance and the country sound of Cowboy Carter.

The 11 Beyoncé tiles

The ladder runs in release order. It starts with Destiny’s Child and moves through her solo albums: Dangerously in Love, B’Day, I Am… Sasha Fierce with “Single Ladies”, and 4. The self-titled 2013 album dropped with no warning and a video for every song, and Lemonade followed in 2016. Homecoming is the live album from her 2018 Coachella headline set, and The Gift is the album she curated for The Lion King in 2019. Renaissance came in 2022, and Cowboy Carter takes the 2048 tile. It won Album of the Year at the Grammys in 2025.

Tips to win Beyoncé 2048

  1. Choose one corner and keep your largest tile locked in it. When Renaissance holds the corner, build a second one beside it and you are one merge from Cowboy Carter.
  2. Keep a chain in order along the edge, such as Renaissance, The Gift, Homecoming, Lemonade. Merges then flow towards the corner instead of scattering across the grid.
  3. Watch the empty squares. Leaving one open space next to your corner invites a small Destiny’s Child tile to land there, so fill gaps with planned moves first.
