Play Monster High 2048 online

Monster High 2048 is the classic merge puzzle with a spooky school twist. Every tile is a student from Monster High, and merging two matching ghouls brings in a more central character. Slide the tiles, keep your best one in a corner and climb from the side characters to Frankie Stein. It is free to play in your browser on a phone or computer, with no download.

Monster High was created by toy designer Garrett Sander and launched by Mattel in 2010. Its students are the teenage children of classic movie monsters, such as Dracula, the Mummy and Frankenstein’s monster. The brand grew from dolls into web series and films, and returned in 2022 with a Nickelodeon animated series and a live-action musical movie.

The 11 Monster High tiles

The ladder moves from supporting characters to the core group. Toralei Stripe, the scheming werecat, opens it, followed by Operetta, daughter of the Phantom of the Opera, and the ghostly reporter Spectra Vondergeist. Abbey Bominable is the Yeti’s daughter, and Ghoulia Yelps is the brainy zombie. Deuce Gorgon, Medusa’s son, comes next, then Lagoona Blue, daughter of a sea monster. Cleo de Nile, Clawdeen Wolf and Draculaura are the school’s best-known ghouls, and Frankie Stein, the daughter of Frankenstein’s monster and his bride and the brand’s lead character, takes the 2048 tile.

Tips to win Monster High 2048

  1. Keep your top ghoul locked in one corner like a locker you never leave open. Once Cleo de Nile is there, keep swiping toward that corner.
  2. Line up ghouls in order along one edge, such as Lagoona Blue next to Deuce Gorgon next to Ghoulia Yelps. One merge at the small end then sets off the next.
  3. Clear small tiles like Toralei Stripe and Operetta early. If they spread across the board, you will run out of room for the big merges.
